Responsible for the complete implementation of Microsoft Business Central as the central ERP system, including customized integrations and process adjustments. Successful reconstruction and correction of accounting with an efficiency increase of over 80% through rebooking. Conception and implementation of automated international financial processes (DE, FR, BE), including complex payment management and VAT (reverse charge). Development of documentation and video tutorials for sustainable onboarding of teams. Proactive communication with tax advisors and support of financial processes for international incorporations (USA, France). Optimization of workflows and reporting structures to ensure compliance and for informed management decisions. IFRS-compliant reporting structures, electronic invoicing legally implemented, international tax processes (DE, FR, BE, USA).
