I am what is increasingly called a Forward Deployed Engineer: I embed myself in my clients' teams, in direct contact with end-users, to build AI agent systems that go into production, not demos that remain at the POC stage.
Concretely, that means being on-site, understanding the business before the architecture, iterating quickly with the field teams, and staying until the system is truly running, measured, and gains user trust.
I had the chance to spend five years at AWS as an EMEA Solutions Architect, working with accounts like LVMH, Canal+, Air France-KLM, and Hermès. Since 2023, through Cloudwize, I've been applying this same logic as an independent: embedded in my clients' teams rather than remote behind a statement of work.
My current mission at Engie is a direct illustration of this. For the past year, I've been integrated into the network operations center to build their AI agent platform on Amazon Bedrock with Claude, alongside the engineers who use it daily. Today: 39 active engineers, 16 MCP servers connected to NOC tools (Cisco, Splunk, ServiceNow, CMDB...), nearly a billion tokens processed. I built the architecture and evaluation framework with the field teams, the FinOps dashboard, and I defend the model to sponsors in committee.
On the training side, I published an AWS architecture book with ENI and co-authored a certification guide with Packt. I also host a daily series on LinkedIn about AWS and agentic AI, and a tech podcast.
