La pépinière des vocations (The Vocation Nursery) is an immersive discovery of about ten professions using innovative tools and actions: practical simulations on technical platforms, use of virtual and augmented reality headsets, screening of "career discovery" films, or participation in an inverted job dating event. The latter takes place in two stages: recruiters present their company and available positions in a pitch format to the candidates. Then, each candidate is free to introduce themselves for an interview based on the employers' presentations. In parallel, job seekers are supported in identifying and valuing their skills to position themselves for the multiple job opportunities. Another new feature is that participants could use virtual reality headsets for multi-sector discovery. My missions:

• Support beneficiaries in the in-person process (discovery of technical platforms).

• Support beneficiaries in the virtual reality process (exploration of in-demand sectors via a virtual reality headset).

• Work hand-in-hand with the Pôle Emploi team dedicated to La Pépinière des Vocations.

• Create group cohesion, energize job seekers, give them a reason to get up, a new rhythm, to come to the technical platforms, to be diligent, to regain self-confidence through genuine individual and collective support.

• Facilitate personal development workshops and job search techniques.

• Group coaching, individual coaching.

• Prepare job seekers for the inverted job dating event to boost their employability.

• Support the development of a realistic and achievable professional project to enable a quick return to employment, while helping job seekers overcome identified obstacles.

• Attend Pôle Emploi technical committees.

Individual & collective support for trainees. Learning support

• Facilitate online and collaborative learning by developing skills in organizing one's learning, collaborating, and cooperating with peers.

• Help understand instructions.

• Encourage mutual aid. Design & facilitate workshops (self-confidence, non-violent communication, emotions, etc.) Facilitate and support internship and job search

• Facilitate the "job search" mission, organize collective and individual virtual classes concerning job search techniques.

• Ensure that the methodology for searching for an internship/job is well assimilated by the learner. Track the progress

• Regularly monitor the trainee's progress to detect potential dropouts,

• Support the learner in their personal, individual dimension: be attentive to their pace and any difficulties (material, organizational, psycho-affective...) in learning. Identify signs of discouragement and remedy them.

• Help position each person within small groups. BLENDED ONLINE TRAINER BADGE (issued by AFPA on 12/21/2021): I have the knowledge and/or tools to: Integrate the internal sector community (Professional Title). Identify the various pedagogical resources available and their implementation methods. Welcome and facilitate a community of learners. Facilitate a virtual class and online activities. Use the advanced functions of the internal LMS platform (Moodle), ensure progress tracking and record keeping. Support and remedy learning difficulties. Foster learner autonomy and their ability to learn. Badge learners.
