RPO Mission:

Responsible for recruiting sales profiles (SDR, Team Lead SDR AE, Business Developer in Milan, CSM), tech (backend python and python Team Lead), marketing (paid acquisition manager), in a fast-growing scale-up environment:

– Multichannel Sourcing / Scraping (LinkedIn, job boards, co-optation)

- Application processing via Teamtailor

– Conducting HR interviews

– Coordination of the recruitment process with stakeholders and candidates

– Continuous follow-up and relationship with candidates

Handling recruitment processes from start to finish: Writing and posting job offers on various job boards via Teamtailor. Sourcing profiles to meet needs in project management, product owner, data, or developers, and enriching the ATS.

Pre-qualification and interviews (conducting, follow-up, and organization of interviews). Salary negotiation. Guaranteeing the quality of the candidate experience (from identification to onboarding).

Collaboration with the business team to align with client needs and creating channels to optimize communication. Recruiting interns. Monitoring recruitment, HR, or technical knowledge of the profiles I recruit.

Handling recruitment processes from start to finish: 04.2022 - 09.2024 Writing and posting job offers on various job boards via Recruitee. Sourcing profiles to meet needs in project management, agility, or UI UX design, and enriching the ATS.

Pre-qualification and interviews (conducting, follow-up, and organization of interviews). Salary negotiation. Guaranteeing the quality of the candidate experience (from identification to onboarding). Collaboration with the business team to align with client needs.

Organizing recruitment after-work events. Maintaining recruitment relationships with various communities (management, agility, and design). Recruiting support function interns (HR, Sales Admin, Business, Recruitment).

Supervising and monitoring the recruitment intern. Redesigning the recruitment process towards a semi-structured process. Monitoring recruitment or technical knowledge of the profiles I recruit.
