Community Manager – Le Pic à Muret

During my assignment as Community Manager at the restaurant Le Pic à Muret, I was responsible for managing digital communication, with the goal of improving the restaurant's visibility and attracting new customers. My work focused on content creation, social media management, and performance analysis to adjust the communication strategy.

Tasks Performed:

Visual and Written Content Creation: I designed visuals and wrote posts highlighting the restaurant's dishes, events, and promotions.

Social Media Management: I managed the restaurant's Instagram and Facebook accounts, interacted with followers, and answered their questions, thereby strengthening the relationship with the online community.

Editorial Strategy: I developed a posting schedule to maintain a regular and relevant presence on social media, adapting content to seasonality and special offers.

Advertising Campaigns: I launched targeted ads to promote offers and events, focusing on the restaurant's key moments.
