**Context**: As part of the global harmonization of maintenance and customer service processes, Safran, a leader in the aeronautics sector, decided to deploy SAP across several of its sites.

• Participation in the user needs gathering and analysis phase based on the business requirements submitted by the business units.

• Writing functional specifications and configuring the SAP PM/CS module in accordance with the target processes defined (equipment management, maintenance orders, notifications, service contracts, etc.).

• Performing and executing integration tests (ITC) to validate inter-module consistency (MM, SD, FI/CO).

• Analyzing, documenting, and resolving anomalies detected during integrated testing cycles.

• Assisting business teams during the UAT (User Acceptance Test) phase and supporting the functional validation of key scenarios.

• Active contribution to Go Live preparation: master data loading, equipment creation, order verification, data migration tests.

• Post Go Live functional support for end users: incident tracking, ticket escalation, configuration adjustments, and skills transfer.

• Close collaboration with ABAP, BPO, and Key User teams to ensure the deployed solution complies with Safran group standards.

**Context**: As part of a strategic digital transformation project, Arkema, a global leader in specialty chemicals, is deploying SAP across several of its non-equipped sites, particularly in France, Italy, and North America. This project aims to harmonize processes, improve data traceability, and strengthen inter-site collaboration. As an Expert Iteam PM consultant, I was involved in all phases of the deployment, from user training to data migration, while monitoring key indicators via PowerBI and integrating SAP PM modules with MM and FI/CO.

• Organizing and leading SAP training sessions for local teams.

• Creating detailed training materials and practical guides tailored to the specific needs of the sites.

• Coordinating with local teams to identify, validate, and collect data necessary for deployment.

• Preparing files (Excel, CSV) and performing mass uploads into SAP.

• Integration testing and validation of migrated data with business managers and correction of detected anomalies.

• Writing test cases detailing the activities performed during testing.

• Monitoring maintenance KPIs with PowerBI. MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures); Presenting reports to project teams.

• Assisting users in resolving incidents related to data or inter-module processes (Level 1 and 2).

• Escalating complex issues to Level 3 in collaboration with technical teams. Continuous support to resolve post-implementation problems.

Context: Monoprix is a company that manages warehouses to store goods purchased from its suppliers. Its main business is reselling these goods to its stores. The company also offers storage services to suppliers, allowing them to store their goods in its warehouses.

• Implementation of functional specifications and management of financing flows.

• Organizing and leading meetings with various stakeholders to connect the new Braintree payment partner.

• Liaison between different applications to enable fluid and efficient communication.

• Writing User Stories and performing tests to verify the proper functioning of the system, including tests for adding and modifying affiliate names, as well as for advanced stock.

• Writing test cases detailing the activities performed during testing; Establishing acceptance test reports.

• Analysis and resolution of incidents from the Ivanti tool to ensure optimal SAP system operation.

• Monitoring incoming and outgoing idocs.
