I help companies take over, understand, and stabilize their existing applications or data processing.

Specifically, I intervene when an application is causing problems, a data process is no longer working correctly, a project needs to be taken over, or a technical system needs to be clarified and stabilized.

My background has led me to work on web projects, data flows, and business applications, particularly in demanding industrial environments. I have often been in direct contact with users and business teams: listening to a request, understanding the real need behind the expressed problem, and then proposing a suitable, realistic, and useful solution.

I also integrate AI into my daily work: analysis, searching for solutions, skill development on new topics, technical brainstorming, and accelerating development. I use it as an analysis and production assistant, while retaining responsibility for technical choices, validation, and final quality.

After several years in tech, I also worked in building renovation in a family business. This experience reinforced my very practical approach: analyze the situation, consider the constraints, proceed methodically, and deliver something that works.
