Donatien Lefranc

Donatien accompanied us for 7 months as a Product Manager in a squad of Data Scientists working on Personalization algorithms. His work focused on: - the development and monitoring of the squad's R&D roadmap - the animation and preparation of SCRUM ceremonies (sprint planning, daily, retro...) - testing, acceptance of the work of his squad - the ideation of new features and algorithmic improvements - change management in order to evangelize a product culture within the teams Donatien quickly took ownership of the subjects and quickly developed expertise and legitimacy, both within his squad of Data Scientists and with other teams (customer success managers, product owners), which was not easy given the complexity of the algorithms processed in the team. We all enjoyed working with Donatien on a daily basis during this mission.

Donatien accompanied me very early on the project. He understood the challenges of the mission from the start, he is a force of proposal and innovation. Tested and approved, I highly recommend him 😀
