Work on the redesign of reporting following the migration to SAP and the latest merger

Piloting the division's activities (Sales, standard margins, OPEX with R&D costs)

Participation in the closing

Submission of the P&L and balance sheet in HFM

Realization of the rolling forecast.

Evolution within the back office team on the COUPA, METRANET, and ISYS (internal) applications

• Control of imports of repositories and billing bases

• Control of the integration of accounting interfaces in the ERP (AR, AP, GL modules)

• Closing of billing periods

• Management of user requests: creation/deactivation/modification of access, questions on the use of tools, parameterization requests (accounting schemes, fees contracts, in particular on Metranet, approval chain, creation and deactivation of project codes on Coupa)

• Management of anomalies: unexpected connection interruption, processing of errors/error messages, regressions, etc.

• Transmission and monitoring of level 3 incidents (technical teams in subcontracting or internally)

• Updating of System Administrator operating procedures.

Responsible for monitoring and analyzing around twenty expense items (€33M annual budget)

• Control of all entries recorded by the Spanish Shared Service Center and in case of errors request corrections

• Guarantor of the accounting of all provisions (calculation and accounting if necessary) & balance sheet reconciliation of required accounts

• Validation of purchase requests as they come in, ensuring that they are budgeted

• Monthly analysis of P&L lines in order to understand the month's expenses (vs Budget, vs Forecast and vs N-1) by cost center

• Dissemination of analyses by type of expense in order to allow top management and operational staff to understand the month's variations.
