D.P.L.G. Architect, graduated in October 2000, I have been practicing architecture in Paris for over 25 years, with an approach grounded in the practical realities of construction sites. After a rich professional career within various organizations, I chose to become self-employed a year and a half ago to develop a more personal and committed practice. Trained at the Montpellier School of Architecture and then at the Paris La Villette School of Architecture, I have built my experience on diverse and demanding projects in the tertiary, retail, hospitality, and individual housing sectors.
My expertise covers all project phases, from feasibility studies to project handover: Preliminary design studies (APS), Detailed preliminary design (APD), Tender documentation (DCE), Planning permission application (DP), Construction documents (PRO), Contractor selection (ACT), Execution plan review (Visas des plans d'exécution), Contractor selection (ACT), Site supervision, Operational readiness review (OPR), Punch list closure (levée des réserves).
