I am a programmer in Fortran, C, Python, VBA, PHP (a little) and agile project manager. I have developed simulation software as well as applications consuming mass data (Go) such as electricity consumption load curves, INSEE data, and weather data. I developed a code generator from metadata describing any database model, enabling the realization of fully reliable and scalable data migrations (numerous repetitions and debugging cycles), at the limit of possible performance (use of hashing, structures, and pointers). I am behind production management software at EDF, financial balance and electricity grid load forecasting software. I process very large text files: data reconciliation, duplicate identifier detection, without frameworks but securely by generating generic code and specific business code.

My typical deliverables are: data modeling, semantics, database normalization, C or Python programs for text data preprocessing and processing, conversion of very large volumes of data into text files (typically corresponding to a full database extraction) to a set of text files corresponding to a target database model, which only needs to be loaded, guaranteeing completeness and consistency, with all types of transformations, performed by imperative programming and not in SQL, but which includes all the capabilities of SQL in an even more natural and performant syntax, in C.

Through my sole proprietorship directprogramming, I edit a C, Python, or VBA code generator from metadata, for reliable reading, aggregation, and reliable writing of massive CSV text data, enabling very performant, reliable, and scalable processing, reconciling "natural language" and low-level performance.
