Leading multi‑team Agile delivery and release management for an ~80‑person business unit (Christie's account). Initially joined as Scrum Master, rotating through several teams; after 6 months took over full BU‑level release planning, coordination and risk/dependency management. Mapping, designing and refining end‑to‑end processes and workflows at team and organisation level; Atlassian Cloud admin (Jira/Confluence) supporting delivery. Coaching teams, Product Owners and stakeholders in Agile mindset and practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and facilitating key events and workshops. Creating and maintaining project documentation and reporting to give stakeholders clear visibility into progress, risks and upcoming releases. Actively involved in planning, supporting and rolling out major initiatives such as CMS upgrade, Search disaster recovery, data center migration and Next.js migration.

Led Agile transformation from waterfall to Scrum/Kanban across all projects/teams in the game development studio. Set up the full Agile environment (boards, workflows, cadences) and coached Product Owners and development teams on backlog management and planning. Facilitated Scrum events, removed impediments and worked with leadership to improve transparency, prioritisation and delivery predictability.

Led a back‑office collateral team of ~10 people, focusing on capacity, efficiency, cost and risk. Ran huddles and team meetings, coordinated with other teams and handled client escalations. Drove process improvements and negotiated with third parties and vendors. Responsible for team performance and P&L.
