I help insurance companies modernize legacy core systems and successfully deliver complex technology transformation programs.

With more than 15 years of experience in insurance technology, I have worked across the full lifecycle of enterprise systems — from core platform development and architecture to leading large-scale transformation initiatives for insurance groups.

I participated in the development of two generations of the AdInsure insurance core platform and previously worked on the VVS core system. This experience gave me a deep understanding of how insurance core systems are built, integrated and migrated.

In recent years I have focused on leading complex transformation programs including:

• Legacy insurance system migrations

• Core platform implementations

• IFRS17 reporting transformation

• Euro currency conversion programs

• Large-scale data migration initiatives

I have also led multi-country implementations of insurance platforms across six markets, coordinating localization, regulatory requirements and integrations with local systems.
