I implement Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) according to ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and BSI IT-Grundschutz.

I manage projects end-to-end, from risk analysis and emergency concepts to audit preparation. The goal is the demonstrable fulfillment of regulatory requirements according to DORA, NIS2, BAIT, VAIT, and GDPR.

Typical mandates include setting up Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) structures, conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA), Risk Analyses (RIA), and crisis management workshops. I develop policies, processes, and reports that are auditable, regulatorily robust, and operationally manageable.

My focus areas are Business Continuity Management, Information Security, Data Protection, and IT Compliance. I implement BCM and ISMS frameworks, support certifications, optimize internal control systems (ICS), and ensure compliance in regulated environments such as banks, authorities, and critical infrastructures.

I have successfully completed numerous projects in the financial and regulatory sectors, bringing a combination of technical, legal, and organizational expertise to make security, traceability, and resilience measurable.
