Designed end-to-end flows for complex public payment products, balancing regulatory requirements, accessibility, and usability for the end user. Led independent user research on high impact portals: needs mapping, pain point definition, and i terative design across wireframes and Hi Fi prototypes. Contributed to the MUI Italia Design System in F igma: complex components, va riables, and shared l ibraries. Partnered with Product Managers and Engineers, and fellow designers on product decisions, contributing to scope definition and trade offs alongside design execution. Conducted WCAG accessibility audi ts using Lighthouse and MAUVE++. Produced technical documentation on GitBook.

Designed the end to end web flow for the Bonus Elettrodomestici, a citizen facing flow built for a national government inc entive, from scratch in Figma, from information architecture to Hi Fi prototypes, focusing on clarity for a diverse user base. The flow becam e the primary user channel duri ng a launch day outage of the IO app. Supported the update of user flows for internal products.

Designed i OS mobile apps within an agile team, covering the ful l design process from discovery to Hi Fi prototypes with iterations based on user testing. Planned and conducted usability testing sessions, both in person and remote. Facilitated co design workshops and presented solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
