Provides user technical support (levels 1 and 2) Responsible for a technical team (3 people): daily administration of the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, Office 365) data recovery via Veeam Administration of Microsoft SCCM: creation of master images, software deployment, script automation, centralized park management. Workstation security monitoring Installation, configuration, and technical assistance in meeting rooms Full monitoring of the IT hardware lifecycle: orders, reception, assignment, maintenance, recycling Active participation in cross-functional IT projects (deployments, migrations, continuous improvement)

. Support for business workstations (office / broadcast / TV studio)

• • Creation of guides and documentation for users, facilitating self-resolution of common problems.

• • Responsible for complete IT stock management, including placing orders and conducting inventories.

• • Coordination of interventions for incident resolution and complete setup of systems for meeting rooms.
