Intervention Title: Within the studio team of the Fabrique, I operate as a Product Owner, with the main objectives of framing a mobile application project before the start of development.

OBJECTIVES:

Objective 1: User Interview Facilitation

Objective 2: Project Scoping

Objective 3: Preparation of Functional Documentation

Objective 4: Preparation of the Functional Backlog

ACHIEVEMENTS:

Achievement 1: Organization of about fifty user interviews, preparation of test protocols, presentation of test results with KPIs, and highlighting recommendations for the rest of the project

Achievement 2: Conducting design workshops with an UX designer and producing decision-making reports, participation in refining the UX/UI prototype, benchmarking competitive solutions.

Achievement 3: Preparation of functional architecture documentation, business rule repositories.

Achievement 4: Breakdown and writing of epics and user stories

Within the product team, I operate as a Product Owner, with the main objectives of implementing continuous improvements on the Savee platform, applying agile practices, and creating instances for the design part. To do this, I manage a team of 6 developers.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

Achievement 1: Gathering requirements from Savee platform stakeholders, writing user stories on JIRA. Creating a project plan with business departments, prioritizing new features

Achievement 2: Facilitating all agile ceremonies: daily, planning poker, refinement, demo, and retrospective planning

Achievement 3: Implementation of a new user club instance with a selection of users, creation of design workshops for new features

Objective 1: Continuous improvement of developments on all Chronopost group's web solutions, Shop2Shop, and Chronofresh.

Objective 2: Implementation of the Drupal solution for all live websites.

Objective 3: Drupal version upgrade to Drupal 10.

Objective 4: Deployment of Drupal on the new 360° services web solution.

Achievement 1: Gathering requirements from all Chronopost group's business departments and user workshops, writing user stories on JIRA, writing progress reports, implementing a testing plan, functional testing, facilitating monthly project committees, facilitating all agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning Poker, Refinement, Sprint Planning, Demo, and Retrospective Planning).

Achievement 2: Gathering requirements from the Digital and Chronofresh business units, implementing a project plan for each site, writing user stories, backlog prioritization, writing progress reports, facilitating monthly project committees, facilitating all agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning Poker, Refinement, Sprint Planning, Demo, and Retrospective Planning).

Achievement 3: Implementing a progressive deployment project plan for currently live web solutions, writing user stories with the lead developer, prioritizing the backlog based on business functional priorities.

Achievement 4: Gathering requirements from the Digital, Health, and Marketing business units, writing user stories, backlog prioritization, writing progress reports, facilitating monthly project committees, facilitating all agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning Poker, Refinement, Sprint Planning, Demo, and Retrospective Planning).
