I have individually supported over 250 clients in developing their projects and in their personal journey for professional purposes with a 98% success rate. I listen to them, support them in their reflection and decision-making, I highlight their needs, their aspirations, their obstacles while establishing a climate of trust. I conduct in-depth interviews, I use specific tools and methods to identify skills, aptitudes, motivations, and values, I analyze professional and personal backgrounds to extract transferable assets, I assess potential and areas for development. I help develop a viable project by exploring different evolution paths and their feasibility in relation to the job market, personal constraints, and company options. I advise, train, and coach them on job search strategies, job interview simulations, postures to adopt, and direct them to relevant training and resources. I boost their motivation by strengthening self-confidence, self-esteem, and their ability to be proactive. I help them manage emotions and release old patterns of behavior that are currently hindering change. I help them become aware of their abilities and value by encouraging them to step out of their comfort zone and confidently embrace the unknown.

Independent school guidance assessments.

I have accompanied about twenty students from middle school to higher education in defining their educational or reorientation choices. I conduct individual interviews to understand young people's interests, aptitudes, motivations, and potential. I administer psychometric tests and guidance questionnaires to create a complete profile. I analyze the results with them, discuss possible career paths and guidance options, and inform them about different programs and how to access professions. I highlight the links between their personality, values, needs, aptitudes, and the chosen path to ensure everything is coherent and motivating. I help them develop a realistic orientation scenario and we build a roadmap for the following years to maximize their chances of accessing their chosen studies. I involve parents in the orientation process, advising them on actions to help young people with their study projects.

I spent 20 years managing retail stores, handling high-traffic and high-volume points of sale for 2 major French groups. I managed all daily store operations (turnover, commercial indicator monitoring, merchandising, online sales, commercial operations, customer loyalty, VIP evenings, inventory, DI, HR procedures and monitoring, safety standards management, etc.). I managed teams to achieve and exceed objectives (recruiting, onboarding, training, skill development, coaching, delegating, managing, uniting, motivating, anticipating or resolving conflicts, sanctioning if necessary, etc.). I was responsible for brand image and customer satisfaction. I resolved operational problems and potential disputes.
