Context: Role combining technical architecture, security, observability, production stabilization, and publisher relationship in an insurance / AWS context.

• Contribution to the industrialization, security, and operation of a critical Pega platform focused on IARD insurance.

• Vulnerability and security incident management: analysis, OWASP Top 10 risk treatment, coordination with CISO teams and external audits.

• Optimization / Maintenance in Operational Condition: tuning, diagnostics, massive volume management, production stabilization, and continuous improvement of operability.

• Advanced observability with Pega Diagnostic Cloud, ELK, Prometheus, Splunk, and Zabbix to support incident analysis and corrective actions.

• Docker / Kubernetes / Helm containerization studies and POCs to open a scalability and industrialization path.

• Technical relationship with Pega publisher: SR, patches, platform constraints, and consideration of security requirements.
