Trusted functional architect for the Ministry, I am involved in strategic mandates combining document governance, data integration, and SaaS solution acquisition, bringing both a technical and business-oriented vision.

I conducted an exhaustive diagnostic of the architecture documentation for 40 mission support systems, identified gaps and compliance discrepancies, modeled their functional architecture in the ministerial repository using Enterprise Architect, and produced standardized files (P140, P250), along with strategic recommendations presented to management.

I designed the complete architecture for integrating road project data between Microsoft Project Online and the ministerial data warehouse, defining exchange APIs, data structure, conversion strategy, and testing plans.

I contributed to the acquisition of three SaaS solutions—drainage asset management, identity and access management (IAM), and weather information with decision support for winter maintenance—by defining functional and non-functional requirements, designing integration architectures, drafting technical specifications, and actively participating in bidder evaluations.

Participating in the deployment of the IBM Maximo Application Suite asset management solution, I held a dual role of Senior Functional Analyst and Functional Architect, ensuring the design of integrations and liaison between business and technical teams.

I conducted a detailed analysis of the existing customer management system, identified all integrations with peripheral systems, and designed the new integration architecture based on event-driven messages in Azure Service Bus. I documented the functional components, defined the APIs and message exchange structure, and ensured the integration of buildings, properties, land, suppliers, and invoices into the new solution.

I developed and executed functional tests in Azure DevOps TestPlans, participated in workshops with the integrator and business teams for the design of contract and project integration solutions, and supported analysts and developers throughout the implementation.

Additionally, I conducted a proof of concept for interface test automation with Selenium IDE and Selenium WebDriver, demonstrating the potential for reducing non-regression testing efforts.

As part of several strategic mandates, I held a dual role of Senior Analyst and Solution Architect, contributing to the selection, integration, and deployment of major SaaS solutions for HR, procurement, and payments functions.

I participated in the deployment of Workday as a Functional Analyst, analyzing integrations, developing the data dictionary, designing data exposure APIs, defining the SIT testing strategy, and ensuring the conversion of payroll and benefits data.

I then took on the role of Solution Architect for the deployment of Oracle S2P, supporting the business partner from needs definition to solution selection, conducting gap analysis, designing the overall architecture, and evaluating integration costs.

As a Solution Architect, I participated in the acquisition process and delivered the FIS Payment Hub solution over 36 months, orchestrating the entire cycle: requirements gathering, tender process, selection, configuration, UML modeling, security strategy, definition of Kafka topics, implementation of DevOps practices, and support for teams until production.
