Demnach habe ich nie als Triebwerksbau Ingenieur arbeiten können, sondern bin als Quereinsteiger zur Sicherheit gekommen. Ausbildung dazu gab es nicht und habe selbst später an der RUB einen Lehrauftrag dazu übernommen. Insofern ist so eine Struktur der Plattform nicht immer gut geeignet die Fähigkeiten und zur Leistung passende Ausbildung wiederzugeben.
