• Management of internal projects (medico-marketing, business development, strategy, communication, community management)—> dual managerial and operational aspect

• Organization of the French-Speaking Congress of General Medicine (CFMG): 1400 registrations, 7 speakers, 4 themes (infectiology, oncology, diabetology, cardiology)

• Scientific and medical monitoring (specialized press, databases…)

• Writing and validation of medical content for the general public and health professionals

• Development and monitoring of partnerships with patient associations and learned societies

COMEDIMS (Commission for Medicines and Sterile Medical Devices) is a multidisciplinary body that contributes through its opinions and proposals to defining the policy for improving the quality and safety of care in the field of medicines and medical devices. My main missions within the COMEDIMS of CHU Toulouse:

• Medical Information

• Health economic evaluation of health products to decide on their inclusion/exclusion from the formulary,

• Pharmacovigilance and materiovigilance

• Management of the quality of drug and medical device care,

• Analysis and improvement of the relevance of prescriptions and their health economic consequences,

• Monitoring of CAQES (Contract for the Improvement of Quality and Efficiency of Care) Managers: Doctors Blandine JUILLARD-CONDAT, Laure TRIBAUDEAU, and Marie MARCHANT
