• • Incorporation of Scheduling Restrictions: Adding additional scheduling restrictions to the integration, ensuring that rights are enforced in alignment with schedules, thus improving compliance and reducing manual interventions.

• • Streamlining of Rights-Related Customisations: Identified and eliminated redundant rights-related customisations, leveraging the new BAPI integration to minimise the need for ongoing support and maintenance costs.

• • Managing a Content Supply Chain implementation project using best practices and creativity to deliver change.

• • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key Stakeholders, Suppliers, Customers, and Support teams.

• • Clearly defining the scope of project in form of a Project Charter, along with plans, tasks, dependencies using MS Project.

• • Managing project actions, risks and issues effectively (via RAID log), ensuring mitigations and resolutions are in place to minimise impact on the operation and our customers.

• • Providing accurate and timely tracking and reporting of project status against defined deliverables and milestones.

• • Identifying potential areas of conflict across workstreams, business units or between projects and manage and escalate appropriately.
