Responsible for recruitment in 3 regions for an industrial player in the compressed air sector, I independently managed the recruitment of hard-to-fill technical profiles, ensuring responsiveness, accuracy, and alignment with field needs.

🔹 Recruitment of specialized technical profiles in compressed air:

– Electromechanic, Electrical Technician, After-Sales Service / Maintenance Technician

🔹 Main missions:

• Recruitment management for the West, South, and East regions

• Multi-channel sourcing: job boards (CV Aden, HelloWork, Pôle Emploi, Apec), direct approach (LinkedIn, Indeed)

• Candidate analysis via internal tool (ICIMS) and processing of ad responses

• Implementation of recruitment strategies adapted to technical needs and local context

• Conducting telephone and in-person interviews

• Targeted submission of qualified profiles to operational managers and personalized process monitoring

• Coordination of the recruitment process (CV push, follow-ups, feedback, fluid communication between parties)

Multi-site recruitment in a demanding industrial sector, combining production profiles and support HR functions. A mission combining targeted sourcing, field proximity, and strategic management across 10 agencies.

🔹 Recruitment of technical profiles and support functions in the industrial water treatment sector:

– HR (HR Assistant, HR Officer)

– Operational (Operators, Electromechanics, Operations & Maintenance Technicians)

– Management (Team and Branch Managers)

• Full recruitment management for the West and Center-East regions (10 agencies covered)

• Targeted and multi-channel sourcing: CV Aden, HelloWork, Pôle Emploi, Apec + direct approach (LinkedIn, Indeed)

• Candidate processing via ads and ATS (iCIMS)

• Deployment of recruitment strategies adapted to local specificities and profiles sought

• Structured telephone interviews to assess technical skills and posture

• Selection and submission of qualified profiles to HR and operational stakeholders

• Active process monitoring: CV push, follow-ups, feedback, and inter-agency coordination
