Directed production and warehouse teams for effective execution of yearly invoicing, on-time, in-quality, and cost objectives. Oversaw overall functions surrounding internal and external (subcontracted) production planning, execution & control, resource planning & workload balancing, MRP driven planning and warehouse operations.
