As part of this project, I designed and implemented an automated connector between the client's ERP CSV exports and **Zoho CRM**. The main project steps included:

File processing via **Zoho DataPrep**: data cleaning, structuring, and formatting (customers, products, orders...)
Development of custom functions (Deluge) to manage specific business rules during data import and updates
Creation of custom modules inZoho CRMto meet specific needs not covered by standard modules
Regular data synchronization via the Zoho CRM API with duplicate detection and automatic updating of existing records
Writing clear documentation to enable independent maintenance and evolution of the connector
The result is a reliable, secure, modular data flow adapted to the client's business specifics.
