About Dimitri

I am Dimitri, an AI consultant focused on AI Agents and intelligent automation. I have identified, evaluated, and conceptually designed concrete AI agent integrations in cooperation with a DAX-listed company. I know how to analyze real business processes, identify meaningful automation potentials, and develop structured agent architectures from them. Not theoretically, but with the aspiration that it works in practice.
My offer includes the identification and evaluation of AI agent use cases in existing workflows, the conception of suitable agent architectures based on existing infrastructure, and technical guidance for teams that want to use AI concretely. Equally important: I clearly state when a problem does not justify the use of AI.
I don't come from an agency. I am a founder, have built my own products with modern AI stacks, and have accompanied M&A processes. This means: I think entrepreneurially, work directly, and do not deliver strategy papers that end up in the drawer.
