Currently, I am finalizing 2 entity separation projects within the international group Eramet

My approach focuses on needs analysis, proposing technical solutions, and facilitating their adoption. I place great importance on building trust and having a long-term vision.

I consider the role of facilitator to be essential in my profession.

Here is a summary of my professional experience:

Learning the trade of network technician and administrator during my apprenticeship years while pursuing my master's degree.

Network Project Manager with a technical focus, using numerous technologies (router configuration, virtual machines, etc.) related to the opening and migration to the datacenter of Leclerc stores for 5 years.

Manager and leader with the creation of a network and telecom department, as well as the management of numerous projects for opening, closing, and evolving points of sale at Areas for 3 years.

Finally, I played an important role in the Carve-out between Elior and Areas, where Areas became independent in IT thanks to migrations such as MPLS, O365, Active Directory, separation of the head office...

Since the beginning of 2022, I have been working as a freelancer and have completed 3 company separation projects (company spin-offs / carve-outs) with varying levels of responsibility for the same client, Eramet.
