Within a small team of two developers and a Product Owner, I hold the position of Tech Lead. The team is responsible for developing the company's central API, used by all teams. As a consultant through an IT services company, I joined the mobile terminal team at Infomil, which is responsible for all of Leclerc's IT. In a small team of 5 developers within a large IT company, I developed many mobile applications in Kotlin, websites in Angular, and APIs in .NET.
One of the projects involved refactoring the application distribution system following the terminals' upgrade to Android 14 and the new file permission management. In this context, it was necessary to develop a relatively lightweight application in Kotlin with an API in .NET Core.
