I support private clinics, medical practices, and care centers in French-speaking Switzerland in automating their non-medical processes using tailor-made artificial intelligence solutions.

My goal is to help healthcare structures save time, reduce administrative burden, and improve patient experience, without ever intervening in medical diagnosis or decision-making.

I intervene in particular on:

• the design of conversational AI agents (chatbots, virtual assistants)

• the automation of appointment scheduling and patient reminders

• the management and filtering of incoming requests (website, messaging)

• the optimization of workflows and internal processes

My approach is pragmatic and results-oriented: needs analysis, rapid implementation, integration with existing tools, and personalized support.

The proposed solutions are designed in compliance with confidentiality and data protection requirements (GDPR / Swiss FADP).

I work both remotely and on-site, depending on project needs.
