At NelsonForge, I lead a company focused on building modern B2B web applications and supporting businesses with custom software development.

Our work is twofold:

- Client services: We provide technical support and custom development for existing applications — helping companies maintain, evolve, and secure their software platforms.

As founder, I oversee:

- The strategic direction of the company and its services.

- The design and development of internal products.

- The coordination of freelance developers brought in based on project needs.

- The delivery of client projects, from planning to execution and ongoing maintenance.

- Quality assurance, technical architecture, and alignment with business goals.

As Lead Developer, I actively participated in the development of an intranet tool, aimed at optimizing and facilitating the processes of the company's analyst teams. My key role in the team was to establish an efficient work methodology, allowing all teams to stay informed of the project's progress in real-time. I also provided my expertise to guide strategic decisions, ensuring the smooth and successful progress of the project.

I conducted a complete audit of the technologies used for their website, creating a strategic plan to migrate the site from a VueJS solution to a Symfony solution. This initiative was designed to optimize site performance, improve its SEO, and allow for the addition of custom features, such as a news section and a recruitment area. This work demonstrates my ability to improve operational efficiency while providing considerable added value.
