Doctorate in Language Sciences, specializing in Discourse Analysis, I defended my thesis: "Interculturality and verbal violence in French political-media discourses. Semantic and socio-discursive issues around 'racism', 'Islamophobia', and 'anti-Semitism'" in 2020 at the University of Nantes.
I can contribute to scientific, literary, and artistic projects. Drawing on semiolinguistic theories and qualitative and quantitative approaches, I can identify the semantic issues within a set of discourses, the argumentative strategies that run through them, how they are similar to each other, and/or how they are diametrically opposed.
Because research cannot be improvised, I can assist individuals, young researchers, or companies in developing a project, from problem formulation and research hypothesis elaboration to the popularization of results.
The "Agile method" is at the core of my practice, with the goal of co-constructing the project with the client so that they are capable of retracing the "path" independently or with support on specific segments.
I am proficient in corpus construction techniques, their pre-processing, and their annotation (or not) depending on lexicometric tools such as: "Tropes", "Le Trameur", "Lexico3", "IRaMuTeQ", "Hyperbase", etc. I also use R and Python to obtain visualizations adapted to certain large databases and especially for projects involving Machine Learning and Deep Learning for prediction and decision-making.
I have over six years of experience and have already supported a significant number of Master's and PhD projects. I worked as a Postdoc on a political discourse analysis project at CY Cergy Paris Université within the Agora laboratory for six months.
