Design and implementation of a WhatsApp conversational sales agent, custom-built for a business in the automotive sector: it handles customer inquiries autonomously 24/7, consults the complete inventory in real-time, schedules visit appointments, and maintains memory of each conversation.

This is an example of what I do: automations designed from scratch for the actual process of each business, not templates. The same logic adapts to a clinic that schedules patients, a barbershop that manages reservations, or a company that qualifies leads — any business where customer service consumes hours that could be automated.
