I participated in the optimization and digitalization of legal processes through artificial intelligence, document automation, and data analysis, supporting the technological adoption of the legal area. I actively collaborated in matters of compliance and personal data protection (GDPR), including support in regulatory adaptation, document management, and compliance control. Likewise, I participated in marketing initiatives and maintained direct contact with clients and suppliers to reinforce communication and the impact of Legaltech solutions.

Experience in the efficient management of legal information and documentation, use of information and communication technologies, analysis and synthesis of large volumes of data, and drafting of mercantile legal documentation, participating in specialized legal advice with a critical focus and practical orientation towards decision-making.

I developed my legal career in Colombia as a junior and senior lawyer in organizations in the corporate (colsubsidio, Arquint Colombia) and financial (TransUnion Ltda, Asobancaria) sectors, assuming legal leadership functions, management of legal risks, and coordination of contractual processes. I participated in negotiations of complex conflicts, advice on personal data protection, drafting of legal opinions in financial law, and analysis of regulatory projects related to the financial sector regulation and consumer protection.
