I lead the Information and Processes area along with the Digital Organization team, responsible for automation strategy, data governance, and analytics for operations in Spain and Portugal. My work covers the full cycle: from solution architecture to implementation and operational support.

In automation and integration, I design and implement workflows with n8n, Make, and Power Automate that connect the ERP, REST APIs, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI in flows without manual intervention. One of the core projects has been the automatic commercial proposal generation pipeline — an end-to-end system that orchestrates PostgreSQL, FastAPI, Jinja2, and WeasyPrint to produce corporate documents in seconds and automatically deposit them in SharePoint via Graph API. I have also developed a corporate AI agent in Copilot Studio with real-time permission validation via Graph API, allowing technical teams to query project information without navigating folder trees or reading entire PDFs.

In analytics, I build the Power BI semantic models that feed the company's executive reports: complex DAX measures, Power Query M transformations with LOCF logic for temporal tracking data, and a reforestation progress model with weighting by phases and dynamic portfolio ceiling that completely replaced the manual reporting process for the steering committee.

In parallel, I manage the Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environment — hierarchical permission architecture, security policies (MFA, DLP), design of Teams groups and channels — and I have documented from scratch the company's information security policy (ISO 27001) and operational macro-processes and procedures system (ISO 9001).

At Dejavu Brands, I was responsible for operational intelligence and process automation in an e-commerce and field logistics environment. My work combined data analysis with the development of tools that connected physical operations with digital management systems.

I designed and maintained data models in PostgreSQL and built operational dashboards in Power BI with DAX measures and Power Query M transformations that the team used for daily tracking of logistics and maintenance KPIs. I integrated Praxedo — the field management platform — with Power BI to provide real-time visibility on routes, technicians, and work orders. I complemented this with predictive demand models based on product rotation and web metrics, which fed into the planning of purchase orders and preventive maintenance. I built the entire commercial tracking and e-commerce automation layer on Make, connecting the different platforms in the stack without manual intervention.

At Desis, I worked as a functional and technical analyst on ERP integration and optimization projects for clients in Chile. My main role was to make enterprise management systems communicate with each other accurately and frictionlessly.

I designed and implemented ERP integrations with SAP and Defontana using JSON and XML Web Services, ensuring interoperability and data consistency between accounting, logistics, and inventory systems. I defined modules and business rules for operational flows, and managed structured data automation — including electronic invoicing — under LATAM tax regulations. I developed ERP-connected tracking dashboards in Power BI and built reporting flows with Power Automate that reduced the operational team's processing times. I led continuous improvement initiatives under Lean/Kaizen methodology and trained junior engineers in system usage and maintenance.
