Throughout my career, I have developed a suite of specialized tools to solve recurring industrial-grade problems. This allows me to deliver more robust and maintainable solutions than those built on generic, third-party-dependent stacks:

• Tinkiy (Orchestration Engine): Custom Java-based orchestrator designed to handle complex concurrency, parallelism, and persistent remote connections.

• Soberbio (Multilingual Framework): Unified development logic for PHP, Java, and JavaScript that ensures consistency across the entire stack.

A Peruvian company in the textile sector, this application allows them to manage their stock, quotes, sales, and generate electronic invoices/receipts.

I was involved in the maintenance and customization of an open-source tool (iTop tool, developed by Combodo), which uses the ITIL framework and is oriented towards IT service management. I also developed the company's website and a system for controlling ISO processes.

Projects:

PMC ISO Manager

Allows managing documentation related to ISO standards applied to the execution of a specific project.

It has user profiles, where auditors are responsible for approving documentation registered by clients.

The system also includes notification sending and project status control.

PMC Service Desk (PMCSD)

This is the iTop distribution I developed for PMC Latam, with the following added functionalities and customizations:

- Synchronization with Active Directory

- Remote PC access and control (Developed in JAVA)

- Encrypted sending of user credentials upon authentication in the tool

- Organization-based areas module

- Chat for PMCSD (With Node.js server)

- Activation key for PMCSD; each PMCSD installation can run as long as it is validated with the activation code. I also developed the ability to deactivate any tool installation from a cloud platform.

- Synchronization of the PMCSD database with the OCS Inventory database

- Synchronization with local time zone for all date-stamped events

- Custom tool installer

- Google Maps for service locations

- Operational process reporting, based on SLA, satisfaction level, and service impact

- Real-time dashboard to monitor the help desk.
