Throughout my IT career, I have developed expertise in managing critical applications and production environments.

I generally work in contexts where companies need to maintain or secure systems essential to their business: industrial planning, IT production, strategic business tools, or legacy applications.

My interventions notably consist of:

• analyzing the actual functioning of an application and its dependencies

• identifying fragility points or recurring incidents

• stabilizing operational processes

• structuring technical and functional documentation

• providing support and expertise on a specific domain or tools, particularly Microsoft Office

• assisting teams in understanding and taking ownership of systems

I have also worked on industrial planning and scheduling issues, especially with the Visual TOM tool.

Thanks to my operational experience, I can intervene quickly to understand an existing system, clarify its functioning, and help teams regain control.
