I volunteer with the Paris Red Cross unit, Inclusion through Digital. As part of deploying my activity to combat digital exclusion, which is a significant social issue (professional integration, maintaining family ties, access to social rights), I am applying my technical and managerial skills in information systems, conducting regular digital workshops, and managing projects to improve the digital infrastructure.

To provide faster and more reliable software solutions for Alten's clients, I was responsible for implementing the DevOps approach at the client's site. Integrating Development (Dev) and Operations (Ops) teams creates a continuous and efficient workflow, delivering high-quality applications faster by automating processes as much as possible. This enables the implementation of continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment. I was also responsible for real-time monitoring and optimization of application performance, error and incident management, as well as continuous improvement of all processes.

✅ Key Achievements & Responsibilities: Managed end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, using Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure platforms. Translated business requirements into actionable development tasks, adapting to evolving priorities and constraints.

Led SCRUM ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), ensuring team alignment and agility.
