ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS

Throughout my career, I have successively held roles as an organizer, project manager, and expert in national and international financial market contexts, from the perspective of market infrastructure and from the viewpoint of banks and other market players. This long "companionship" has allowed me to acquire a dual expertise in project management, first, and financial infrastructure, second. During these various missions, particularly abroad, I have always emphasized adaptability, considering that new problems of very different natures constantly arise and threaten to disrupt the course of work. Leadership based on trust, mutual respect, and recognized expertise was also essential in my eyes, especially in crisis situations.

COMMUNICATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Team spirit has always been a driving force in my professional life. As a manager, I have constantly sought to create and maintain a true spirit of solidarity and cohesion within my team with a view to achieving common goals and the personal fulfillment of each individual.

As an expert, I have always favored information and exchange with operational and development teams to find solutions to issues related to changes in the financial industry, as I have always been convinced of the superiority of collective intelligence over individual talent.
