I am involved in the management and security of the Procure-to-Pay cycle (PR → Order → Receipt → Invoice) for the procurement of railway materials, works, and services, within a complex ERP environment (Oracle PeopleSoft).

I ensure the compliance of purchase requisitions (thresholds, procedures, contracts, direct negotiation), the smooth running of approval workflows, the management of receipts, and the processing of supplier discrepancies up to the payment of invoices.

I provide advanced functional ERP support for the analysis and resolution of purchasing and accounting blockages, in coordination with the Finance and Accounts Payable teams.

I work on two complementary areas within SNCF Réseau:

purchases related to rolling stock and equipment, with a strong focus on securing Procure-to-Pay flows

communication purchases, with upstream involvement in the cycle through supplier sourcing, request for quotation management, and offer analysis, including the selection of the best value based on technical, economic, and operational criteria

I also assist suppliers with referencing, dematerialized invoicing, and data quality in the ERP.

In parallel, I produce purchasing reports, oversee budget monitoring, and ensure the traceability and compliance of purchasing files in an audit context.

With experience as a Saleswoman for ephemeral Pop-Up Stores (Legami, Jimmy Lion, Moleskine brands via My Pop Up Store), I excel in customer contact and sales performance.

I am an expert in tailored welcome, personalized advice (quick adaptability to various product universes), and complete store management (checkout, Visual Merchandising, inventory management). My rigor and dynamism guarantee a positive customer experience and the rapid achievement of sales objectives for temporary commercial operations.

I am responsible for strategic supplier sourcing on a European scale, as part of a technical project for a major group in the energy sector.

I write RFIs, identify and qualify suppliers, handle initial exchanges, and centralize feedback.

I analyze the responses received, verifying their technical and administrative compliance, including certifications.

I produce clear and structured comparative summaries for the purchasing and engineering teams to inform decision-making.
