My Role:

Led end-to-end planning and delivery of construction projects for Kering Corporate and Kering Brands. Worked closely with stakeholders to translate

strategic needs into functional, aesthetic, and operational project outcomes.

• Requirements Gathering & Strategic Briefing

Collected, analyzed, and synthesized stakeholder needs to define spatial

programs and functional planning strategies for corporate and retail

environments.

• Budgeting, Planning & Scope Definition

Developed project budgets, schedules, and execution plans covering all

phases of construction; ensured alignment between design intent, cost

constraints, and operational requirements.

• Tender & Vendor Coordination

Participated in tender processes, evaluated proposals, and collaborated

with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to secure high-quality execution

partners.

Provided clear, ongoing communication to internal teams and leadership

What I learned: How to navigate complexity, coordinate diverse stakeholders,

make decisions under uncertainty, and bring high-stakes projects from concept

to completion — skills I now apply to product strategy, UX systems, and SaaS

development.

Led renovation and compliance projects for tertiary buildings, managing

technical, regulatory, financial, and operational aspects from early feasibility

through delivery. Coordinated internal and external stakeholders to ensure

the project met safety, performance, and architectural requirements while

respecting budget and schedule constraints.

Oversaw projects from concept to completion, managing technical

specifications, regulatory constraints, safety requirements, and budget

architectural briefs and descriptive specifications.

and liaison with authorities (urban planning, ABF, mairie, etc.).

surveyors, consultants (SPS, CSSI, DIAG), and contractors, ensuring cohesive

project execution and shared understanding.

Monitored project budget, technical standards, timeline, and performance
