A little about me:
I had the chance to join a company committed to fighting food waste at its inception, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (which was a newly created position) to implement the recruitment strategy, as well as the processes, and manage all stages from A to Z. I was able to recruit over 80 talents at Too Good To Go, which I am very proud of! I then developed these processes as Talent Acquisition Manager in the countries we subsequently opened and managed remote recruitment.
After 4 years of loyal service, I focused on a personal project and decided to freelance to have more flexibility to dedicate myself to it!

    Implement a recruitment strategy in collaboration with the teams
    • Rework job descriptions to make them more attractive if necessary
    • Post job ads on appropriate channels
    • Create processes in collaboration with the relevant person according to the positions (assistance in creating case studies + creation of evaluation grids based on hard/soft skills of the positions to remain as objective as possible if necessary)
