Requesting and studying supporting documents, quantifying damages, and calculating the insured's indemnity until the file is closed. Technical approach to determine the most appropriate compensation strategy, identifying the existence of cumulative insurance or any recourse. Exercising various legal or conventional actions.

Drafting memos, opinions, letters to clients and opposing parties, and formal notices. Reviewing pleadings and motions. Proficiency in various online portals: RPVA, télé-recours. Legal monitoring, research, and analysis of specific cases. Attendance at client interviews and court proceedings.
