I'm Diane-Elody, an experienced project manager, and I'd be delighted to put my skills to work for your project!

With 7 years of consulting experience across various industries, I thrive in project management. I've had the opportunity to work on and lead projects from the design and specification writing phases through to production deployment. I know how to initiate and manage the key fundamentals for project success, including: a well-constructed and realistic schedule, a controlled budget, monitored quality, and effective reporting. My management and communication methods enable me to successfully involve teams from all departments to move forward together towards common goals. With my teams, I've successfully completed over a dozen projects!

Having obtained my Agile SAFe Scrum Master certification, I've had the chance to work on information system development, notably an inventory management software as a Product Owner. I led the project, starting with defining the needs and writing the specifications, and ending with user testing to ensure the proposed solution's compliance. Directly in contact with the development team, I was also responsible for user support, continuous improvement, and participated in creating software training. I loved this experience in the development world and find the implementation of software solutions tailored to specific needs fascinating.
