Director of Expansion for the brand “Veloce Pizzas”. My main activities included coordinating franchise sales and managing openings, achieving the objective of opening 11 branches in 1 year. Subsequently, I was invited to be the Commercial Director for the entire restaurant group, which at the time encompassed 20 branches and 3 restaurant brands: Veloce, Mile, and Bocazza. During my tenure, I drove the increase in average ticket size, the launch of new products, the redesign of the communication strategy and commercial alliances, as well as strategies to reconnect with our customers.

I coordinated the "Reto Zapopan" accelerator for two years and was promoted to Head of Innovation in the Directorate of Entrepreneurship. I strengthened the ecosystem by designing public policies based on the real needs of entrepreneurs. I participated strategically in advisory committees, facilitating pathways for linkage and capital raising.
