• Led end-to-end Digital transformation / IT modernization projects (Full Life cycle Management)—including detailed scoping, budgeting, risk management, and implementation of change management strategies—to ensure seamless handover to operational teams. Ex. Piloted a high-impact Diebold Vynamics (FCx) AI based Point of Sale (POS) POC using Agile and Scrum methodologies, replacing the existing POS Solution across ANZ, enhancing eƯiciency by 120% and user experience. Gathered requirements towards creating a data driven insights platform on MS Dynamics 365.

• Drove the delivery of the modernization B2B and B2C business processes/strategy, enabling the purchase of Gift-cards (GC)(Physical and e-Gift-Cards) and other tolling products online, managing delivery across multivendor NCR, Quest, DIP eco-system. Ensured that project deliverables were seamlessly transitioned with complete documentation, clear responsibilities, and robust policies.

• Expanded BP's home delivery program to cover Australia and New Zealand, integrating with Doordash, increasing delivery coverage.

• Upgraded the technology solution for Outdoor Payment Terminals (OPT) with existing ODM at unstaƯed truck stops in New Zealand. Implemented risk management processes that identified potential project pitfalls early and developed contingency plans to ensure on-time delivery.

• Drove integration of the latest CRM engine - ForgeRock replacing Salesforce in AU. Utilized Agile and Waterfall delivery models following DSS and Digital Experience Policy to adapt project management approaches based on project size, complexity, and stakeholder needs.

• Managed the IT Modernization of the Future Retail Network (network upgrade across BP fuel stops) across 580 sites, improving operational eƯiciency across ANZ.
