Engineer with over 6 years of experience at the intersection of two rarely connected worlds: industrial operational excellence (Lean Manufacturing / WCM) and product development.

This dual expertise allows me to be involved both upstream - design and industrialization of a new product - and downstream, in optimizing existing flows and lines.

I cover both the shop floor level (workstation, line) and the macro level: inter-building flows and inter-site benchmarking on a plant-wide scale.

Sectors of intervention: aeronautics-defense (Airbus D&S - strict traceability and certification), automotive (Renault Group - plant flow), fast-moving consumer goods (Procter & Gamble - detergent, zero defects), technical materials (Saint-Gobain - rock wool), and energy (EDF, program governance aspect).

This diversity is an asset: I transpose robust methods from one sector to another, with a fresh perspective on issues that internal teams sometimes no longer see.

What I do concretely: structured Lean/WCM diagnosis and Cost Deployment (prioritization of losses by ROI), animation of Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma workshops, SMED, 5S, support for new product industrialization - with the added rare skill among generalist Lean consultants: the use of predictive models (Machine Learning) to reduce the number of physical trials needed in product development.

Short to medium-term assignments (diagnosis, audit, specific workshop, training): I deliver quickly, transfer skills to internal teams, and do not seek to establish myself permanently on a site.

Each recommendation is adapted to the level of the interlocutor (Management / Operations / Shop Floor).
