I design the strategy and action plans for the Chair, whose activity is focused on promoting sustainability in the Valencian business fabric.

I coordinate the execution of projects and the public and private funds that finance the Chair's activity and its research team. In recent years, nearly €490,000.

I lead the execution of initiatives, working as a team with our partners and suppliers. I resolve different challenges through my own actions and jointly with various internal and external agents. I provide support to our clients (sponsors, companies, users).

Key projects implemented: 1. New communication and brand positioning strategy. 2. Sustainable Dialogues (program of interviews with businessmen) 3. Development of applications for sustainability measurement - Report For Good.

We are a space for shared reflection between Public Administration-University-Society to turn sustainability and digital transformation challenges into opportunities.

We work on promoting training, research, creation, and knowledge transfer activities.

EGM is the Management and Modernization Entity of the Paterna Technology Park, a business hub with nearly 600 companies, whose main role is the maintenance and conservation of the complex.

In its new phase of creating added value for the companies housed there, it has developed projects in innovation, sustainability, mobility, CSR, among other actions aligned with sustainable development goals.

I was responsible for the execution and control of the projects in charge, creating and professionalizing the role within the entity.

I prepared documentation for public grants. I provided advice on strategy, processes, and innovation.

Key projects: 1. MESOTEC - Sustainability reports in technological environments 2. INDITEC–Program to promote collaborative innovation and knowledge transfer through a shared digital platform.

We formed a team to create a commercial space to showcase and sell 100% national products and services, made by local micro-entrepreneurs who are just entering the digital world.

In addition to being a marketplace, we offered mentoring and advisory services to micro-entrepreneurs to improve their businesses.

Functions performed:

Develop the business plan; create the customer model (front and back-end operation), co-design of terms and conditions, contracts with sellers, and other legal documentation in conjunction with an external law firm. Co-design and execution of sales strategies. Responsible for the mentoring program and providing advice to entrepreneurs.
