During my IT administration role, I was responsible for the professional preparation and reuse of laptops and IT end devices. This included installing and updating operating systems, applying security-relevant patches, and setting up standardized software packages.

I checked, upgraded, and replaced hardware components as necessary, updated drivers, and configured devices according to company-specific guidelines. I also securely deleted data carriers in compliance with data protection regulations and prepared systems for secure re-use.

Additionally, I assisted with the inventory and management of IT assets, supported users with technical questions, and handled minor network issues.

Contributed to the expansion of an existing SAP BW/4HANA landscape to provide new reporting and analysis capabilities.

Introduction to the basic principles of data modeling (ADSO, CompositeProvider, InfoObjects)

Implementation of business processes in standard and non-standard environments

Development of transformations, routines, and extraction logic in ABAP

In the area of web design, I contributed to the design and technical implementation of websites. My focus was on creating modern, responsive layouts and user-friendly content structuring.

I developed design concepts, revised existing websites, and adapted them to current technical standards. Additionally, I configured content management systems (like WordPress), customized themes, and took on minor programming tasks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Search engine optimization (SEO) and website performance optimization were also among my tasks, as was the regular maintenance and upkeep of content.
