Promoted agility through task force production in 8-day iterations, reorganizing teams and driving buy-in to agility from business units and the IT team.

Scope: 4 applications in BUILD phase simultaneously.

Guardian of INETUM's commitments: taking charge of specifications, backlog creation, costing, roadmap, user stories, functional acceptance, managing development, and establishing and leading agile rituals.

Results: Restarted low-code initiatives at CEA, opening new opportunities for INTETUM to consolidate the partnership.

Led the agile delivery of 2 Pega applications in the banking Custody sector, managing an annual program of €600K, ensuring operational optimization and performance for TAX activities and reducing financial losses. Coordinated a team of 5 Pega developers and 1 QA offshore (India), adapting sprints from 1 to 2 weeks to accelerate production. Established a Scrum framework in an international context, with business teams in London, Chennai, Madrid, and Madrid, and architects in France and Lisbon. Led project communication and documentation in English, adapting agile practices to global committee structures.

CNAV - SYRCA Program

Led the integration of the Pega System solution at CNAV, establishing an agile organizational framework for the development of 10 products. Conducted organizational audits, defined business needs, and developed a requirements repository, facilitating the IT department's transition to agile practices. Built and coached cross-functional teams (9 Business Analysts, 6 Pega developers, 6 QA), significantly increasing operational efficiency. Contributed to securing a major contract of €900K/year, representing 60% of Inetum's Low Code BU's revenue, lasting 6 years after its initiation.
